DANIEL J. KELLEY knows that the word 'home' means something different to every one of his clients. For this reason, he personally oversees every aspect of the design process of each architectural project for which his services are engaged.

During the preliminary stages of a project, DANIEL J. KELLEY will meet with you at length to discuss :

-Intended style of your home

-Your 'wish list'

-Budget

-Lifestyle

-Your tastes and preferences

During the following meeting DANIEL J. KELLEY then presents you with several design options. While reviewing these options , he 'brainstorms' with you, choosing options, making adjustments., and adding ideas.

The next phase is creating construction drawings and specifications based upon your approved design. These drawings have all the information, specifications and calculations necessary to obtain competitve bids from contractors .

After the construction drawings are reviewed with the you, and approved, they are fine tuned with any final changes. These are the Final Drawings which get filed with the local Building Department to obtain a permit

and your contractor will use to construct your project.
