Stoves (Coal or Wood)
Swimming Pools (In Ground and Above)
Tree Houses
Building permits are not required for roofing, siding, roof antennas for home TV or replacement windows and doors that fit the opening without disturbing the existing headers or studs.
Different municipalities have slightly different requirements.
